SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Our preferred form of supplied artwork is PDF created to a press standard (pass4press being an industry standard). For further details visit www.pass4press.com. All spot and RGB colours must be converted and fonts embedded before supplying.

We also accept files from QuarkXpress, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. All fonts and images used must be supplied with the document.

All files must include a bleed allowance of 3mm where appropriate.

A contract proof/matchprint or Cromalin of the digital file must be supplied at the actual size (it is the responsibility of the advertiser to supply materials as specified by Sundial Magazines Ltd).

Please note that it is the responsibility of the advertiser to supply artwork to the correct specification, and that the publisher cannot be held responsible for any resulting discrepancies from such material

SUPPLYING IMAGES

All images should be supplied as 300dpi (minimum) CMYK in TIF, EPS or, where necessary, JPEG format.

Text contained in such images may reproduce at a lesser quality than those supplied in other formats (ie PDF, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, etc).

SUPPLYING TEXT

Text should be supplied as a Microsoft Word document. Please note we do not accept Powerpoint files.

PROOFS

A proof will be supplied to the advertiser providing that the copy instructions are received by the copy deadline.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the advertiser to check any submitted proof, and the publisher is not responsible for any errors not corrected.
